Behind a single clinical label, distinct biological mechanisms coexist. Two patients carrying the same diagnosis may belong to different biologies — and thus to different treatments.

A signature: a frozen gene panel, extracted from the noise of tens of thousands of measurements.

  • Multi-gene molecular panels

    Frozen, traceable expression signatures, measurable on standard laboratory technologies from a blood or tissue sample.

  • Independent external validation

    Every signature is replicated on cohorts independent from discovery before being proposed to a partner.

  • Specificity mapping

    We systematically delineate the perimeter of a signal by challenging it against neighbouring diseases and conditions: knowing what a signature does not detect matters as much as knowing what it does.

  • Pre-specified confounder controls

    Demographics, cell composition, routine inflammation markers: a signature is only valuable if it adds information beyond what already exists.


Multi-omics

Layers of data, one readout.

Genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, microbiome: each layer captures one facet of the biological system. Our signatures emerge from crossing these layers into molecular networks, from which we extract the most informative nodes.

    Our most advanced program: a blood signature of innate immune activation associated with dementia, aimed in particular at patient selection for therapies targeting neuroinflammation. Validated on independent external cohorts.

    A molecular readout of graft-rejection mechanisms on biopsy, replicated across several independent external cohorts — a demonstration of the platform's reach beyond blood and neurology.
